The company aims to deliver a high quality of service to its clients which demonstrates the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism in accordance with the codes of practice within the Construction Industry.

We operate a formal management framework which complies with the standards set down by the CITB. All services provided to our clients are controlled and monitored to ensure that the highest standards are maintained to satisfy our clients and foster continual improvement.

Our objective within the company is to achieve customer satisfaction and to providing a service which conforms to all relevant requirements. Our policy ensures that all work, from enquiry to completion, is carried out in a manner which sets and maintains a high standard of service.

All members of the company are required to follow the policies and procedures applicable to their work and practices, formal documented or otherwise, are subject to regular monitoring and updating. All working practices are controlled and policy dictates that all is in accord with the client requirements. To this end and to ensure that these objectives are met, we review our activities at planned intervals.

QA procedures have been in place since 2007. We have recently achieved accreditation of BM TRADA and are currently seeking to be included as Installation members of ACPO for Secure by Design timber windows and fire doors.
